Now What? Divorce as a Spiritual Awakening
Finding Meaning in the Mess
A free 60-minute masterclass for the woman who survived the Tower Moment and is ready to build something real on the other side of it.
You made it through the hardest part.
The marriage has ended, and the life you knew has been dismantled. People around you may be waiting for you to be okay now. In some parts of your life, you can even pull that off. But inside your own heart, mind, and soul, you may still feel as though you are standing in the rubble of everything that fell, wondering what you are actually supposed to do next.
Nobody prepared you for this part. The after. The in-between. The slow and disorienting work of figuring out who you are now that everything has changed.
This is the season where the crisis may be ending, but the rebuilding has not yet begun.
That is exactly where this masterclass meets you.
This masterclass offers a spiritual framework for understanding what has been dismantled.
How to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost inside the marriage, and begin to see what this experience is making possible for your life now.
In our sixty minutes together, I will guide you through the four places where rebuilding begins: reconnecting with your body, making space for grief, separating your worth from the ending of your marriage, and beginning to recognize the woman who is emerging now.
I will share simple daily practices to help calm the spiralling thoughts, bring you back into your body, and begin rebuilding trust in the voice within you. We will explore how to recognize what your grief is asking you to acknowledge, how to move from self-blame into a more compassionate understanding of your experience, and how to take one meaningful step forward without needing to have your entire future figured out.
I will also use tarot and oracle cards to help you look at what you are experiencing from a different perspective, name what may be difficult to see while you are in survival mode, and begin opening a conversation with your own intuition about what comes next.
These are the spiritual concepts and practices that helped me reconnect with my own body, listen to my heart and intuition, and make the most important shift of my healing journey: the shift from shame into curiosity.
Instead of asking only what I had done wrong or why this had happened to me, I began asking different questions.
What was this experience revealing?
What had I been carrying that I was finally ready to release?
Where had I abandoned my own needs, truth, or inner knowing?
And who might I become now that the life I had built was no longer asking me to remain the same?
I understand the grief of the future that suddenly disappears, the thoughts that wake you at three in the morning, and the unsettling feeling of no longer recognizing your place within your own life.
I also know there is a pathway through it. It is not a pathway back to the woman you were before the marriage, but toward a deeper relationship with yourself and, eventually, a life that feels genuinely your own.
By the end of our hour together, you will understand where you are in this season of your life and what it is asking of you. You will leave with practices that help you move through grief, quiet the shame that has kept you questioning your worth, and begin making decisions from a place of greater self-trust.
Most importantly, you will begin to see the woman emerging on the other side of this experience. A woman who knows herself more deeply, listens to her own inner guidance, and is ready to build a future shaped by what she genuinely wants rather than by the life she has lost.
I have walked through this season twice.
The yes that begins the journey back to yourself, back to your own wisdom, and toward a life rooted in purpose and joy.

This is not happening to you. It is happening for you. And this masterclass is where that shift begins.
Our sixty minutes together are your first yes.
“Divorce brought more grief than I allowed myself to acknowledge. It still feels strange to admit how sad and painful it was to let go, but through your guidance, I found my way back to myself. ”
