Come and explore what your change may be opening in you.

Spiritual Awakening Through Life Change

You made the change. So why do you feel so lost?

Maybe it was a divorce. Maybe it was leaving a career you spent years building, a move, or the end of a relationship that shaped your days. Maybe you knew for months, even in your body, that it was time, and you finally found the courage to act.

And now you are in the middle of it, and the middle is messy.

The people around you may be waiting for you to be okay. In some parts of your life, you can even pull that off. But inside your own heart, mind, and soul, you may feel as though you are standing in what is left of the life you knew, unsure who you are now, missing the routine and the people, and wondering what you are actually supposed to do next. Even when the old life wasn’t right, it was predictable. Now you can’t see ahead at all.

Nobody prepared you for this part. The in-between. The no longer and the not yet. The slow and disorienting work of figuring out who you are now that everything has changed.

This is the season where the old life is gone, and the new one hasn’t taken shape.

That is exactly where this masterclass meets you.

This masterclass offers a spiritual way of seeing what is happening in the middle of your change.

How to give yourself permission to pause in the in-between, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way, and begin to see what this change may be opening in you.

In our forty-five minutes together, I will guide you through four places: understanding what is happening for you as a spiritual awakening, coming back to your body, and simple practices for listening to your own inner voice.

I will share simple practices to help settle the spiralling thoughts, bring you back into your body, and begin rebuilding trust in the voice within you. We will explore why searching for the answer can keep you stuck, how to move from self-doubt into a more compassionate understanding of your experience, and how to take one small step forward without needing your entire future figured out.

I will also use tarot and oracle cards as a mirror, to help you look at what you are experiencing from a different perspective, name what may be difficult to see while you are lost in the middle, and begin a conversation with your own intuition about what comes next. You don’t have to believe anything. Take what resonates, and leave the rest.

These are the ideas and practices that helped me through my own lost middles, and they led to the biggest shift in my life: from searching for the answer to getting curious about what the change was for.

Instead of asking only what I had done wrong or why this was happening to me, I began asking different questions.

What was this change revealing?

What had I been carrying that I was finally ready to release?

Where had I abandoned my own needs, truth, or inner knowing?

And who might I become now that the life I had built was no longer asking me to stay the same?

I have walked through this season more than once.

I understand the grief of the future that suddenly disappears, the thoughts that wake you at three in the morning, and the unsettling feeling of no longer recognizing your place within your own life. I also know the humbling feeling of starting again at the bottom of a mountain you spent years climbing.

I also know there is a way through. It is not a way back to the woman you were before the change. It is toward a deeper relationship with yourself and, eventually, a life that feels genuinely your own. It does not have to be rushed.

My hope is that by the end of our time together you feel less alone, have words for what you are moving through, and leave with a few simple practices to return to as you make space for grief, listen for your own voice, and rebuild trust in yourself.

And over time, you may begin to glimpse the woman who is emerging on the other side of this change: a woman who knows herself more deeply, listens to her own inner guidance, and builds what comes next from what she genuinely wants, not from the shoulds.

This is not happening to you. It is happening for you. And this masterclass is where that shift can begin.

“Divorce brought more grief than I allowed myself to acknowledge. It still feels strange to admit how sad and painful it was to let go, but through your guidance, I found my way back to myself. ”
